  As with other Sea Ranch Escape home rentals, this fulfilled our expectations. The house is well located, very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The furniture was very comfortable including the bed and the living room. The wood and kindling for the fireplace was plentiful and added warmth to indoor evening activities. Close proximnity to Gualala is an advantage. We would be happy to return to this property.

  This is a very nice house and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is located very close to the ocean so you could soothe in the sound of ocean while sitting in the Hot Tub. It's also only a few miles from Gualala if anything is needed. This is easily a 4.9 Star rental. The only reason it's not a 5 is there were a few lights that didn't work as well as a door lock. The sliding dos leading to the outside deck are very hard to open, they will open but it will take some persuation. But overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to rent this property again.

  What a wonderful stay. We’ve stayed at multiple Sea Ranch homes. This was by far the best stocked home and we had so many more deer and jackrabbit visitors than any previous home. It had high locks which made me feel safe with my little ones as well as a hot tub that was in a closed in area and a latched cover. The home was gorgeous as were the views. I’d highly recommend staying at Bella Luna.

  I've been using Sea Ranch Escape as a business to rent homes from at Sea Ranch for over 25 years! Their consistency of excellence is why I continue to call them. This trip included bringing my Mom who's in her 80's and needs grab bars in a shower. The Bella Luna Home was perfect. There was the balance of taking care of her needs along with a wonderful home for us. While she was able to comfortably sit in the living room and watch the ocean (limited view but adequate!), we were able to go hiking along the ocean trail. Hopefully next year, we'll all return and once again enjoy the inviting ambiance of the Bella Luna home.

  We shared the house with another couple and loved the lay out of the bedrooms for privacy. The kitchen was very well equipped and even the barbecue grill was great. The location is great because we could get to the walking path easily but was far enough away so that no one ever walked by. The isolation gave us a chance to see a buck, several deer, rabbits and 2 fox sighting! We only had one complaint. Most of the windows were dirty and we could hardly see the ocean. We tried to clean a couple ourselves. I know the weather there is tough on windows but I've never experienced that at a Sea Ranch house before. As always, I thoroughly enjoy renting through your rental agency. You all have given me good advice several times and steered me towards some great houses. Looking forward to our next visit.

  We've been renting in Sea Ranch for years and this has become one of our favorites. It's a perfect layout for two couples, separate master suite areas. Every time we turned around looking for anything (pot, pan, colander, even batteries) it was right there for us. Felt like we were staying in our own home. I do wish it was a bit easier to get on the trail from the back yard but you're also getting a great price on a home 100 feet from the water. Highly recommended!

  Lovely home, in great condition, with a really nice layout. Only disappointment is an idiosyncratic one: there are almost no windows that open. (When I’m near the ocean, I want to hear it, and I want to feel the fresh air, neither of which you can do very well *inside* this house.)
  
  Sea Ranch Escape was also mostly great to deal with. (A little snafu in getting our deposit back...took a phone call, but was dealt with eventually.) Only real complaint here is a “policy” one: really dislike that we had to make a choice between cleaning the house ourselves or paying an hourly rate for a cleaner for some unknown number of hours (so we couldn’t predict what we’d end up spending). Much prefer the airbnb model where there’s a clearly-stated cleaning fee.
