Enter foyer and turn right and up 2 steps to open living, dining and kitchen. Back to entry and down 3 steps to solarium, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with full bath in hall (shower only). To left of entry is hall with laundry and staircase to master bedroom and bath (tub/shower). Children over 12 years and over welcome.

  This house offers spectacular privacy and amazing views. My wife and I sat outside, enjoyed wonderful ocean views, read and drank coffee. We watched tv in the afternoon, drank gin and tonics and enjoyed a different ocean view. Stay at this house if you want a comfortable respite from civilization. Don't stay at this house if relaxing is not important to you. We have stayed at many Sea Ranch houses. This one is our favorite.

  Gorgeous site right on the bluff> Bluff trail runs behind the spacious house so very private. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots/pans/etc. Really well priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

  After a harrowing drive to Sea Ranch with fog and an unforgettable road, we found our rental home on the water. Any closer and we would have been wet. Great home, awesome views and very comfortable. Only negative was lack of sun and more wind than ideal. Went to golf and found the course just OK, they need some changes in condition and routing. But location of Sea Ranch prevents enough golfers and a healthy maintenance budget. But the rental home and view were terrific so despite mediocre golf course we had a great time.

  We have rented houses many times from Sea Ranch Escape, but this was the closest we have ever been to the actual coastline. The house was out on a point, and literally surrounded by the ocean. Also, this is one of the early houses built there, so is architecturally stunning. So very immersive. So very beautiful. A great birthday celebration for my wife. And we BOTH loved it.

  Best location we’ve stayed in our 7 stays. House was beautiful and you’re essentially sitting on the water. Great interior design and unique and it’s very private. We will stay again. The only negative would be if there were more than 2 in your party. There are plenty of great bedrooms but the great room only has two comfortable chairs. There are plenty of window seats but these are only comfortable when you’re laying down. A large comfortable couch and a couple recliners would make this the best rental on the coast for the price.

  This is our 2nd stay at Sunset Point. I don’t believe you will find a better view of the Ocean with Whitewater. Except for the Birds and Water crashing it is quiet. The house is an award winner. It has everything you could want. We highly recommend it.

  Stunning location with views all around. We’ve stayed in many Sea Ranch homes and this is certainly the winner in terms of a private yet convenient to trails oceanfront spot. Would be great for two couples due to separated bed/bath layout. Only downside is the carpet and appliances are showing their age. This was a minor issue and was well worth it for the location and price!

  We love love love the location and are seasoned Sea Ranch renters. Everything was clean and in place.
  The only hand soap or small vials of shampoo etc. No salt and pepper or ketchup or mayo.etc. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans.

  Gorgeous views for a true escape. Can't beat the location & architecture, but the house lacks many features we have come to expect in other units: clean windows (must be done for every visitor), DVD player, hot tub, king size bed, large flat screen TV, comfortable furniture (there are no couches, only 2 rocking chairs besides the window seats).
