  315 is an excellent house for a family or couples. It has multiple shared spaces as well as 2 ensuite bedrooms. The hot tub and kitchen were clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
  our only disappointment was a lack of BBQ.
  The front garden was lovely and private and we hung out there with our 2 year old and doggie.
  This is one of the nicest houses we have stayed in over 20 yearts.

  We are long time visitors of Sea Ranch and stayed in many houses, and this one checked all the boxes - large (3/3), comfortable, roomy, great view of both ocean and golf course, easy trail access, close to Gualala, beautiful fenced in front courtyard, hot tub on back deck, plenty of flora and fauna to admire and allowed our dog. Check in/out was seamless and rental agency lovely to work with. This house also included linens and towels (not all do). Tiny drawback, the grill was in the garage and wasn't clear how one could easily use it, so we didn't. Would definitely recommend and rent again ourselves.

  We cannot say enough regarding our experiences with Sea Ranch Escape staff and #315. The house itself is by far the nicest yet at The Sea Ranch, and we've stayed at many over the years, accompanied by our dogs.There is a sweeping view of the ocean and the golfers passing by hole #9 are entertaining.

  I've been vacationing in Sea Ranch for 25+ years. It was my first time renting through Sea Ranch Escapes, and also my first time in the 315 House.
  
  I brought my parents, girlfriend, and sister + boyfriend. The house fit all 6 of us comfortably. It's perfect for 3 couples with 2 queens and a king bed. The kitchen is very well-stocked with appliances, spices, dishes and glassware. The Hot tub was GREAT! We had a wonderful time out on the deck watching whales as well as one of the holes off the golf course. Definitely would stay again and definitely would book through Sea Ranch Escapes again.

  This home's backyard is the 9th hole at the Sea Ranch Golf Course. Also a close walk to the ocean and the Gualala trail and the grocery stores in Gualala. The home is all one level and lots of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We celebrated my husband's birthday weekend here and were able to work from home, watch football, hike to the ocean and enjoy the splendor in Sea Ranch. Definitely recommended

  We were delighted to spend our Thanksgiving with our family here. There was no need to bring up rolling pins, cuisinarts, mixers, roasting pan or basting tool...this home had ALL of it and more. Very well-appointed kitchen (the best I've ever seen in a Sea Ranch rental). Loved the views of the golf course, the ocean, the deer. Lovely furniture, nice open spaces, good window seat...two of the bedrooms are quite large, but cozy. Good mattresses and pillows. Good washer and dryer. Really, a lovely home.

  The home is spacious and the high ceilings add to the sense of space. Even though it abuts the gold course, you have your privacy and the golfers are unobtrusive.   We come often to Sea Ranch and have stayed in many different properties, but our stay at 315 was among the best. The home is so gracious ~ beautifully decorated and equipped and comfortably accommodated 3 couples. It was unfortunate that the Wi-Fi was not working, but we know that sometimes these things happen and feel sure that it will soon be up and running again. This home provided the perfect venue for a delightful weekend with friends and I know that we will all savor sweet memories of our time together there for years to come!
