Unit 3 / Block 1 / Lot 7 Ocean Front / Highlights: Beautiful and very spacious home with ocean views, wood-burning fireplace, hot tub with ocean views, large solarium, deck with gas BBQ, fiber-optic internet, garage, linens provided, games for all ages, and trail a few steps away from the house. FLOOR PLAN: two story, reverse-floor plan, with 3 of the 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. To the right of the entryway is the laundry facility, and a half-bath, and the master bedroom en-suite, with a King-size bed, soaking tub with jacuzzi jets, a large walk-in shower, and a bidet. To the left of the entryway are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with one twin bed and a bunk bed with one twin bed on top and one double bed on the bottom. Shared full bath with shower-tub combo in between the second and third bedrooms. Up 15 steps to very spacious open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Windows with ocean and meadow views make up the majority of the wall on the west side of the house. Between the dining room and kitchen is an outdoor deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. Through the kitchen is the fourth. very private bedroom with Queen bed. Just outside the fourth bedroom is a full bathroom with separate shower. Adults and children over 5 welcome. No pets allowed.

  We had a lovely stay at Crow's Nest celebrating my 50th birthday with a group of friends. The house is well-stocked with everything a group of people who loves to cook needs in a kitchen, lots of games and puzzles (came in handy during some nasty rain), even flashlights that we needed for a power outage due to the nasty rain. The beds were comfortable and the proximity to the trail along the ocean with ocean views were lovely. We enjoyed a free yoga class at the Sea Ranch Lodge while visiting and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a mix of time in the house and outside hiking. The house is clearly loved/lived in - which is the best sort of house imho. Note: If what you want is pristine modern accommodations this isn't for you - the appliances and decor have the lived in feel of a 1990s home with quirky tidbits (scavenger hunt clues taped in hidden corners that appear to be incomplete, a urinal in one of the bathrooms, appliances that are likely original to the 90s, etc.) But that's not a complaint from me, just expectation setting. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a family or friend getaway in a cozy and comfortable home that's close enough to walk to Sea Ranch Inn and the community pool.

  We were 4 couples celebrating a 70th birthday. Crows Nest is spectacular! The location is fantastic! It was spotless, the bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and spacious, the open kitchen/dining/living area is a great place to gather, the kitchen is very well-equipped. We loved the solarium and hot tub. There were many games, puzzles, and TVs for entertainment. We've stayed at Sea Ranch many many times and this was absolutely one of the best places. The property management company is wonderful. We would definitely book this property again!
