Light-filled by a wall of windows, the ocean-facing kitchen, dining area, and 2 story living room gives you a sense of connectedness to the ocean, and is a showcase for whales, seals, pelican pods, and other wildlife. Relax, read, or soak in the view in the warmth of the sun on one of two spacious window seats. Enjoy cooking in the well appointed kitchen with all new appliances. Share some wine or cocktails on one of the 3 outdoor decks as the sunset paints the sky orange. The younger guests will enjoy their own upstairs loft, compete with its own full bathroom, TV, window seat, twin trundle bed, small ocean facing deck, and sliding doors for privacy. There is also an outdoor hot tub that is perfectly enclosed for privacy and admiring a sky full of stars at night. An outdoor courtyard, beautifully landscaped with an elaborate succulent garden is a nice sheltered place to spend quiet time. This beautiful home was the very first home to join Sea Ranch Escape's rental program 40 years ago. It was called Hubert!
