  The home was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The layout was nice to have the bedrooms on one side of the house and the living area on the other, especially when kids are asleep and you still want to watch TV or hang out with friends. The bunk beds built into the wall in the second bedroom were a big hit with the kids. Kitchen and living room layout were great for cooking and spending time together. Gated front yard worked perfectly for letting our dog out to pee and get some fresh air. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the showers was a bit low; however, I think this is pretty standard for Sea Ranch. Location was absolutely fabulous, especially with kids in tow. Short walk to the bluff trail to reach Shell Beach, Tide Pool Beach to see the seals, and about 20 minutes total to reach One Eye'd Jack's Playground. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. Extra bonus is the rental company office is in Sea Ranch proper, not Gualala, so key pick up and drop off was super easy! We didn't have many issues with our stay, but the rental company was responsive when we had a problem with the hot tub temperature and someone came out to fix it same day, on a holiday no less!

  Vincent is an ideal place set in the meadow close enough to see and hear the ocean. We enjoyed watching all of the wildlife from the living room windows including a small red fox who would come out in the late afternoon.
  The home was very comfortable and has everything one might need for a short or long stay. The house is situated so that two wings flank a little courtyard with a hot tub and small table. Our dog loved sitting out there with us.
  The master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub.

  We've stayed here several times over the last couple of years; it's our favorite Sea Ranch home! The layout of the house is great, with one wing for bedrooms and the other for kitchen, dining and living room space.
  I especially like the kitchen area, with a large island and plenty of space for multiple cooks, as we enjoy cooking together.
  The ambiance of the house is great, with wonderful attention to details.
  It has everything we need. The gated parking courtyard is helpful for our dog. The location near the bluff trail and Shell Beach is good, hot tub is great, and always gets a lot of use. Good indoor/outdoor space.
  Very comfortable beds!

  Vincent is spacious and bright, with beautiful detailing and amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and appliances, and a massive island ideal for communal meal prep. We loved how the space flows between living and sleeping spaces, with windows everywhere to help keep the house warm through passive solar. Expansive meadow views out to the ocean. Sugar the Terrier really enjoyed the windows that stretched down to nose-height so she could keep track of the jackrabbits and deer. And a great selection of books, board games, and puzzles.
  
  The only downside is that it is a bit exposed, so if you're looking for a super private house, Vincent might not be your best bet. But this is to be expected with many meadow and bluff homes.
  
  A quick walk down to the one of the most excellent sections of the bluff trail, with tidepooling and beach access nearby.
  
  As always, the good folks at Sea Ranch Escape were amazing. Kara is a dream to work with, especially in the age of depersonalized property management. Miles above any of the dot com alternatives!

  This was my 1st experience with Sea Ranch Escape Vacations and the Vincent. I used another company for over 10 years that fell into disrepair. This was a fab 3 day stay! The home was the cleanest ever, comfortable (nice pillow top mattress) best location (close to walk on beach) well equipped kitchen, and very reasonable deposit. The property condition was well maintained, of good quality, and enclosed area for my dog! While it was too warm to use the 2 fireplaces, I can't wait to come back on a cold foggy day to try them out. The Milky Way just happened to be right above the house too! Very relaxing and quiet! Worry now with this review that I will have to fight to find availability!

  Upon entering the courtyard of the Vincent house we knew we were in for a treat. The front entrance looks out to a deck and hot tub with a view of the sea. A bench inside the door provides a place to sit and remove shoes and a sculpture in the hallway invites you to hang your coat and stay awhile. Everything in the house is large, comfortable, well appointed and beautiful---from the open chef's kitchen to the comfortable living room and the magnificent master suite. Everywhere one looks there is beautiful art. This was the nicest home we have ever rented at Sea Ranch. We left, regrettably, relaxed and renewed.

  We had a wonderful week at this home. It is in a great location, central on The Sea Ranch, and not far from the bluff, with a lovely view. The house is nicely laid out and well appointed, as described. We had a bit of trouble with the furnace, but management arranged for the handyman, and then the HVAC person to be there, so it was fixed within a day. If we were to own a place at Sea Ranch, Vincent would be close to our ideal. We were a close walk to the sea lion rookeries, and were visited daily by several deer. There isn't a top notch restaurant in Gualala, but we enjoyed several meals at Trinks, a nice dinner at the lodge and lunch at the Thai Kitchen in Anchor Bay. Two Fish bakery is a must, and Placewears is the best shop for browsing (and buying).

  The Vincent home is the best Sea Ranch house we've stayed in so far and over the 8 years or so we've been coming up here, we've probably stayed in at least 5 or 6 different houses. The home is immaculate, has a wonderful layout with sleeping quarters in one wing and living space in the other, and above all, everything is in excellent shape and actually works properly (which is rare in vacation homes). The owner clearly maintains this place well and it shows in the tasteful design of the house too. Great open kitchen with gas stove and all the amenities you need. About a 10 minute walk to Shell Beach and if you go the other direction on the bluff trail, you're close to the tide pools too. Super friendly agents with great customer service all made for a perfect weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

  Several lightbulbs out. Dishwasher had a melted rack wheel. Last year the hot tub was on a timer and we requested it kept on 24 hours. But it was too hot. Wonder what we can do next time. The Teflon pans are peeling and not usable. Replacing these would be nice for cooking.

  Good floor plan with bedrooms in one wing and the living areas in the other. The spacious master suite was very comfortable with two sinks, and a bonus jacuzzi bathtub. Large kitchen and dining area suitable for 2 couples or a large family. We traveled with our elderly mother who uses a cane and/or a walker. Altho' it was all on one floor, there were some steps leading up io the front door (w/no railing), and a step down into the living room as well as a few steps down to the bedroom wing. She did fine (with assistance) but just wanted to give others a heads up.

  Our family loved this house for our annual week in Sea Ranch. The home was clean and comfortable. The layout was really nice, kids could go to bed and patents could enjoy a movie. The spa cover did not have any clips or secures which was worrisome since we have little ones. Frying pans need to be replaced, but other than those things the home was very well stocked. I felt the price was a little high for the proximity to trail heads, and ocean view was only from the living room & kitchen. We love working with Sea Ranch Escapes for our rentals.

  We have gone to Sea Ranch for 40 years, and this was easily in our top three. The decor was serene and tasteful, while also practical and easy to keep clean. It was larger than we expected from the photos. The kitchen and large dining room allowed us to invite family renting nearby to join us for meals feeding seven. (They were envious!) Comfortable furniture and beds. We are not dog people and expected some odors, yet there were none. We felt as though a best friend had lent us their home.
  
  We had easy access to the bluff walk, and the area was rich with bird and wild life, lots of deer every day.
  
  Eating out, we had some disappointing meals at St. Orres (not up to past meals) and the SR Lodge (hair in food). The best food was Thai and Mexican in Arena Cove, Vue in Gualala, and Chowder House in Point Arena. They were not only less expensive but tastier to our picky bunch.
  
  We were not bothered by several features, though they may affect some potential renters. One was the one-step levels in between areas. The other was the on-demand water heater. The hot tub is smaller than some might like.

The kitchen was fun to cook in with the open access into the family and dining room. We would definitely return to Vincent.

  We have had a wonderful experience renting through Sea Ranch Escape. They offer a very nice selection of houses that are well appointed and also dog friendly. The property we just rented for the second time- Vincent- was clean and comfortable with a wonderful kitchen that boasted all the cooking amenities you might want. The house has 2 fireplaces, including one in the master bedroom, and both were much enjoyed. The only downside to this house is it's location right next to the road (versus in a cul-de-sac) but it still has very nice views, is convenient to trails and was quiet. We also like the location of the rental office. It allows for convenient key drop-off at the end of the stay on the way home (without having to go back into Gualala). All in all it was another great experience!

  We have rented this particular home for about 13 years at Thanksgiving. The home is great for us. It is well equipped with kitchen ware and table ware. Lacking in the home are basic supplies like condiments, oil, plastic bags and containers. Most other homes that our family rents are well stocked with what a family might need for a weekend and the renter felt good about using the supplies and replacing what is used. When nothingi is on hand in the way of basic cooking supplies it makes the use less pleasant.
  
  The home was clean but this year without heat (which we knew about in advance). The home could use some basic handyman work. The hooks are loose on the wall, a window doesn't close, etc. - these and other things have existed for quite a few years as we have been renting the home.

  This home offers a great number of good qualities. My wife and I enjoyed the blue water and meadow views with regular visits by the local wildlife from the family room that has great sun exposure when it's too windy to sit outside. Its close proximity to the Bluff Trail makes it easy to head out the door for a hike or just enjoy a short walk to the ocean views from the bluffs. The home is very spacious and being one level is good for those with limited mobility. The kitchen will perform any task thrown at it with ease and is well stocked with cookware and small appliances, blender, espresso, coffee, to name a few. An inside washer and dryer lends the home well to extended stays. The outdoor deck with the two sliding glass doors on both sides gave a real indoor/outdoor living feel and was great for sitting in the sun, grilling, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying a meal while listening to the wave’s beyond crash on the rocky shores. The home is great for dogs and the gated parking area works well for letting your dog out, although a small dog like a Chihuahua could find its way under the fence in some locations. My criticisms would be the hot tub was too cool and we couldn’t adjust it up. The master shower temperature control was difficult to find and maintain a constant temperature as well as having a floor that could prove to be quite slippery. We also couldn’t get the jets in the master bath tub to operate. Our stay was for a long weekend and we didn’t feel the need to call property management so these items may have been taken care of. All in all Vincent is a great home which we plan to rent again.

  The Vincent house is a wonderful vacation property and definitely the best home at Sea Ranches that we have rented for vacation to-date. We love the house!   The house was in a good location. The house floor plan was well layed out. The Jacuzzi was great and the ocean and beach and Seals were 5 star.
  Now.......... We had ANTS everday we were there. For what we are paying, the master bedroom should have chest of drawers not baskets,for your clothes. It should have a TV. There should be a sliding screen door on one of sliding glass door. The other sliding glass door has a screen door with holes in it.
