Enter into a foyer with bedroom and own bath on left. Straight ahead threw a wide hallway with 1/2 bath and small office and into open floor plan between living, dining and kitchen. 2 person occupancy. Adults only.

  Very comfortable home with a fantastic view. Kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. Outside grill wasn't working. Also, the bed frame in the 2nd bedroom is quite an obstacle, very hard on the shins! Living room could use a stand up lamp or two for night reading. Overall - great vacation!

  The Brown Pelican home is brand new and well designed. The amenities are all one could ask for. Cooking in the modern kitchen, with a view of the ocean, was a pleasure. Easy cliff trail access adds to the charm. I would definitely stay at this property again.

  I was wowed. This home is so so lovely. It is new. It is modern. It has so much light. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure was wonderful (something I always note lol). It has the most gorgeous views. We love the open living area / Great Room. It was the perfect place to hang out as a family, to do some work remotely, and just watch waves/birds/people go by. The 2 bedrooms were just right for our family of 3. The kitchen was well equipped and we easily made all our meals there. The location is right on the Bluff Trail, we never moved our car except to go to the grocery store. Gualala is a short 2 miles away for groceries, gas, and some light shopping. The booking process was easy. Our check in and out was well explained and touchless. This was by far my favorite Sea Ranch rental. We've already booked our return trip!

  This is a beautiful home with a fantastic view. Both bedrooms were good size with their own bathrooms.The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. Everything was so clean and bright. The bedrooms could use a chair in them and additional blankets or throws. We hope to rent it again in the near future.
